Fun experience to basically make a build a bear & make it to your liking. The process is pretty neat from picking out the toy to pick out clothes & customizing your own sounds, as well as giving it a birth certificate. The stuffing process looks very cool & I ended up buying one for my son which he loves.

Busy when we went; we only waited 20 mins but there was an hr wait by the time we were done. Great selection of dolls/bears to choose from and accessories. Adding a scent and heartbeat for minimal $ added nice touches. The fillers were friendly and informative but get you through there fast.

Build a bear is incredible. This was my first time ever visiting a build a bear. I have a 6 month old. She enjoyed every second in that store. I love how neatly organized this location was. I loved how they have mirrors available for dressing your bear. I love that you essentially get to press the foot pedal to make your bear and fill it with love. Add on the sound clip paw. It'll be worth it. Lifetime warranty on if it looses any stuff or if the batteries in the sound paw go bad they'll replace it. The thing that tugged at my heart strings the most is the fact that they have hours for those with sensory disabilities. I wish every place offered this.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great experience for kids. A bit pricey in my opinion. They have quality product and have a very streamlined operation. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into these processes. We did the build a bear for our 2 year old grand daughter and had a 20% off coupon so that helped.

Excellent staff. I took my younger brother at this location during my PCA hours with him. All four employees on Thursday evening conversated with him and were very nice.

We had such a great time, made a few great new furry friends. The kids had an awsome time. The people that work here are some of the nicest people I've ever met.

I rated this a 4 stars ☆☆☆☆ because not enough employees in store to explain the process of Build-A-Bear WorkShop 👎🏾 I give myself 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆ Because I made it out of there alive but BROKE $261.50 exact and the employer forgot to give me my change back. My 50CENT, I paid cash of $262 and the employees forgot to give me 50CENT. I can't believe it cost that much to make 3 bears. I didn't know every single topping or detail for the bear cost that much. NO employer explain that 🤔 I was so lost and confused 😐 with my 6 year old daughter, with NO Assistance. So, I let my daughter do her thing and she began to BUILD HER BEAR. Not knowing the ending price of $261.50 for 3 BEARS. THAT'S CRAZY. But it was 4 hours put into creating this Bear🐻 about time it was time to purchase all 3 BEARS🐻 I was stuck in a rock and a hard place. I saw my daughter EYES👀 and how happy she was, and I REPEATED 3 TIMES to the cashier $261.50 and she said YES. I looked at 30 people behind me ready to spend or don't know the total they're about to SPEND, and not to get my 50CENT back. This is CRAZY 🤪 and this is the 1 and only BEARS🐻 my daughter will get. I saw 2 for $49 BEARS🐻 PRICES all around the store. So, I guess the total would be around that. Damn, I was wrong. But that's my story for 1st TIMERS who want to know what the employees should be telling you. Because, I didn't have a clue. Hope this HELP 🙏🏾 Daddy of the year and if not these kids don't LOVE ME ❤ DAMNNNNNN

It is a fun place for kids to build their bears from scratch, but the add ons are really expensive. It will cost you more than $50 for a bear with the add ons. The staff is very nice, respectful, and kid friendly, as well as loving.

We went here to get a birthday bear for my son on his first birthday, and it was so fun! The people here are personable and are great with kids. We will definitely go back!
